Fausto is an Associate at Moirs Law in Sydney, admitted in New South Wales and South Africa. His practice focuses on strata law.

He helps owners corporations, strata committees, strata managers and lot owners prevent and resolve disputes. His work includes litigation in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) and courts, involving building defects, dividing fences, private nuisance, levy recovery and strata scheme governance.

Fausto brings more than 15 years of experience across legal services, property and strata finance, and community scheme management. Previously, he served as Group Chief Legal Officer of a South African strata-finance group and renewable energy provider, leading a multidisciplinary team and advising on litigation strategy, commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
