Will is a Law Graduate and is currently completing the remaining requirements for admission as a solicitor in NSW.

Will brings considerable professional experience in dispute resolution, having previously held senior dispute resolution roles with major Australian insurers, including Insurance Australia Group and Hollard Insurance.

His experience includes managing and resolving complex residential and commercial property disputes involving building defects, faulty workmanship, contractual interpretation, liability and insurance claims. He has extensive experience assessing technical and expert evidence, preparing detailed submissions, and participating in mediations, conciliations and settlement negotiations.

Before joining Moirs Law, Will also gained experience in litigation and dispute resolution at leading national and international law firms, where he assisted with complex commercial disputes and court proceedings.

Will brings a mature, commercially minded and practical approach to dispute resolution. His experience in managing contentious matters, assessing competing interests and negotiating settlements provides a strong foundation to his legal work in strata and construction law.
